Service and food were over the top as usual. Our waitress was the best in the business! We were celebrating many happy family accomplishments and memories as we do often. This was our 4th visit to South Village Grille and we definitely will return.

Very quaint restaurant located in the German Village. Serving many different types of food. Variety of cocktails and liquor available to drink. German sodas. Very elegant ambiance. Service is great with attentive waiters and hosts. Steak and lobster sauce on potatoes and asparagus was delightful. I loved the Butternut Squash salad.

After photographing an inspiring Women's History event, I found the perfect way to unwind, with the standout meatballs appetizer from South Village Grill. These meatballs were incredibly tender, sitting in a rich pomodoro sauce that brought a beautiful balance of brightness and depth. Finished with a sprinkle of pecorino Romano, each bite had that savory, slightly salty kick that elevates the entire dish. The toasted ciabatta crostinis were crisp and golden, perfect for soaking up every bit of that sauce. And that fresh basil leaf on top? A simple touch that added just the right amount of freshness to bring it all together. It was a risk for me to choose South Village Grill for my guests, since I hadn't been there before, so I was a bit nervous. However, as soon as we arrived, I felt that this was the right place for a joyful chat and cosy evening with my friends. Every food we ordered was delicious, the service was amazing, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and kind. I strongly recommend South Village Grill to everyone with no hesitation.
